Hurley's Slow Progress

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah () -- Bobby Hurley says his return to basketball with the Sacramento Kings summer league team finds him still short of where he was before last December's car crash that put an end to his season.

"I'm pacing myself," he said after scoring 12 points Wednesday night. "I'm limited. I still have a long way to go to be an effective NBA player. But the good news is I still have three months until training camp starts."

Hurley hit 3 of 10 shots and was 6 of 8 free throws as Sacramento lost, 97-90, to Charlotte in the Rocky Mountain Revue summer league.
