Iselin Ovejero is expected to be named as troubled Atletico Madrid's fifth coach this season following the sudden departure of Jose Romero who has quit after just a month in the job.
Romero, in charge of the side for only six matches of which two were won and four lost, left, according to Spanish newspapers, at the request of the players. Ovejero, currently the deputy coach, is expected to be offered the vacancy in the next few days.
