IOC Inspectors Say Sochi Will Be a Challenge

The Sochi 2014 Olympics will be among the most challenging to prepare for, a key International Olympic Committee official warned Tuesday, just a few days after the country's Olympic construction chief stepped down amid worries that costs were ballooning out of control.
