Moscow's Federal Arbitration Court upheld a decision by the Federal Service for the Protection of Cultural Heritage to entitle the Russian Union of Rights Holders, or RSP, headed by film director Nikita Mikhalkov, to collect 1 percent of the price of blank CDs and DVDs, bringing the organization up to $100 million in revenue this year, the Rapsi news agency reported.

Net losses at KamAZ, one of the biggest truck builders in Russia, came to 285 million rubles ($9.5 million) for the first half of 2011, versus losses of 124 million rubles in the year-ago period, the company reported, while sales revenues were up 44.5 percent year on year.?
