Mystery Auction Winner Sues Rosneft

Prana, the mystery firm that Rosneft paid $3.4 billion last year to acquire Yukos' headquarters, has now filed suit against the oil giant for $30 million, which sources believe may be connected to old debts from Yuganskneftegaz, Vedomosti reported.
