This Saturday and Sunday our friends and neighbors at the Hyatt Regency Petrovsky Park are celebrating the end of lock-down — or almost the end of lock-down — with a fabulous Chinese dinner for two — or many more! (The portions are generous, to say the least!)
The dinner includes Guan Tang bao with prawns and beef; Wonton soup with chicken and noodles; Szechuan chili pork; roast duck with pancakes, spring onions and hoisin sauce and sweet bean sauce; and three vegetarian dishes: Chinese stir-fried tofu with rice; hakka noodles; and Chinese scallion pancakes. Dessert this week is sago pudding with Chinese fruits.
The dinner costs 3,500 rubles, which includes refreshing cold green tea and free delivery inside the Third Ring Road. Be sure to order 24 hours in advance by calling +7 495 479 1234 or sending an e-mail to MOSRM-Room.Service@hyatt.com.
Note that this weekend the meal is available only June 27 and 28.
A Message from The Moscow Times:
Dear readers,
We are facing unprecedented challenges. Russia's Prosecutor General's Office has designated The Moscow Times as an "undesirable" organization, criminalizing our work and putting our staff at risk of prosecution. This follows our earlier unjust labeling as a "foreign agent."
These actions are direct attempts to silence independent journalism in Russia. The authorities claim our work "discredits the decisions of the Russian leadership." We see things differently: we strive to provide accurate, unbiased reporting on Russia.
We, the journalists of The Moscow Times, refuse to be silenced. But to continue our work, we need your help.
Your support, no matter how small, makes a world of difference. If you can, please support us monthly starting from just $2. It's quick to set up, and every contribution makes a significant impact.
By supporting The Moscow Times, you're defending open, independent journalism in the face of repression. Thank you for standing with us.
Remind me later.
