Siberian Hogs Raid Cognac Supply at Local Store

When the owners are away, these pigs shall play. incident_tmn / VKontakte

Three pigs walk into a bar… and become instant online celebrities.

The domesticated hogs were filmed roaming around the Siberian city of Tyumen on Sunday.

During their night out on the town, the carefree animals were spotted browsing the alcohol aisle at a local supermarket, tipping over two bottles in the process.

“Is this a pigsty or a store, people?” one shopper was heard saying as the pigs were filmed lapping up the spilled cognac.

Witnesses said the pigs — symbols of the year 2019, according to the Chinese zodiac —  had escaped from a nearby household.

The pigs were eventually reunited with their owners, the local news outlets 72.ru and Tyumentimes.ru reported.
