Affiliates of Mikhail Gutseriyev and Mikhail Shishkhanov have acquired the 57,000-square-meter Kaluga shopping center on Profsoyuznaya Ulitsa. The cost is estimated at $150 million to $230 million. It is the biggest deal in the Moscow real estate market in the past three years, analysts say, according to Kommersant.
