PepsiCo said Thursday that it has completed the acquisition of 66 percent of the Wimm-Bill-Dann juice and dairy company and it expects to make an offer for the remaining shares by March 11.
The $3.8 billion deal brings PepsiCo’s stake in Wimm-Bill-Dann’s ordinary shares to about 77 percent and makes PepsiCo the largest food and beverage business in the country. PepsiCo said it will offer $132 a share for the remaining shares.
