Fluor Corporation said Wednesday that it signed an accord to form a joint venture with Sibur Holding’s gas-processing research and design institute in Krasnodar, southern Russia.
Fluor will initially have a 10 percent stake in the institute, known as NIPIgaspererabotka, and three seats on its board, the Texas firm said.
