St. Pete Tower to Be Built

Arabtec Holding’s chief financial officer Ziad Makhzoumi said the company is going ahead with a plan to build a skyscraper in St. Petersburg.

“There were some complaints and objections from the different parts of the community and those have been addressed,” Makhzoumi said in Dubai last week. Gazprom Neft plans to build what may become Europe’s tallest skyscraper in St. Petersburg. Arabtec is the project’s contractor.
