Zlatoust to Restructure Debt

Zlatoust Metallurgical Works, which filed for bankruptcy protection last year, said Wednesday that it had reached a settlement with banks including Sberbank and Alfa Bank to restructure its 11.9 billion ruble ($391 million) debt.

The debt will be extended for 10 years, and repayments delayed for three years, Zlatoust said.
