DUBAI —? Gazprom Neft has not changed plans for its 400-meter tower in St. Petersburg, Arabtec Construction chief Thomas Barry said Sunday.
Arabtec Holding won the 10 billion dirham ($2.7 billion) contract to build the Okhta Center complex. Arabtec Construction is a unit of Arabtec Holding. The skyscraper plan is opposed by 72 percent of St. Petersburg, a poll published in October showed.
