Unser Wins Cleveland

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Al Unser Junior made it look easy again, leading from start to finish, beating Nigel Mansell by nearly 24 seconds in the Budweiser Cleveland Grand Prix.

Sunday marked Unser's fifth victory in eight Indy-car races this year, and the seventh straight win on the circuit for Marlboro Team Penske. Paul Tracy and Emerson Fittipaldi of Brazil have each won once for Penske during the string.

Unser won from the pole for the second straight race. Mansell spent most of the afternoon battling Fittipaldi for second place, until the back of Fittipaldi's car caught fire 20 laps from the end of the 85-lap, 320-kilometer event.
