SYDNEY -- America's Cup organizers have warned an Australian challenger it could face disqualification over its sponsorship by tobacco and food giant Philip Morris, a spokesman for the Australian syndicate said Tuesday. The One Australia syndicate said the warning was issued by America's Cup '95, the organizing body for next year's regatta off San Diego in California. The dispute concerns One Australia's $7.3 million sponsorship deal with Philip Morris Group, a multi-national cigarette, food, packaging and finance company.
