ANKARA, Turkey -- Russia's First Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Soskovets arrived in Ankara on Monday to boost economic ties, Anatolian news agency said.
"I have come to build a tight dialogue with Turkey," Anatolian quoted Soskovets as saying on his arrival at Ankara, where he was met by Deputy Prime Minister Murat Karayalcin.
