LONDON -- Liverpool fans, take heart. Ian Rush has rediscovered his scoring touch.
Rush hopes he can replicate his three-goal performance against Blackburn when Liverpool plays at Coventry on Saturday in the Premier League.
Liverpool lies in fourth place with 30 points from 16 games, six points behind Blackburn. The Reds are counting on a victory after collecting just one point from a possible six.
Liverpool defeated Premier League leaders Blackburn 3-1 in the League Cup Wednesday night as Rush broke a seven game scoring drought.

Blackburn will be looking to bounce back after their League Cup defeat by Liverpool. But the Rovers face a stern test when they face Wimbledon -- the side that dented their championship hopes last season with a 4-1 triumph.
The "Dons", who went on from that victory to beat eventual champions Manchester United, have shown signs in recent weeks that they are returning to form.
Injury-hit Newcastle, which last weekend slipped out of the top two for the first time this season, plays Tottenham Hotspur.
