KIEV () -- Ukraine officially opened its first modern international airport at Boryspil, near Kiev, after nearly two years of reconstruction.
The $15.1 million reconstruction project, completed Wednesday, was financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and two Ukrainian banks.
