MOSCOW () -- The Kuwaiti Defense Ministry signed contracts with Russian state arms trading company Rosvooruzheniye on Monday to buy armored vehicles and multiple rocket launchers, Interfax reported.
It did not give a value for the contract, which was for BMP-3 armored personnel carriers and Smerch, or Tornado, rocket launchers, or say how many of each system would be sold.
