Krasikov to New Post

MOSCOW () -- Anatoly Krasikov was put in charge of President Boris Yeltsin's relations with "religious confessions" Thursday, the day after being dismissed as the head of the Kremlin press service, Itar-Tass reported.

In a far-reaching shake-up of the Kremlin's information departments, Krasikov was replaced by television journalist Marina Nekrasova on Wednesday. The press service was absorbed by the all-embracing Information Directorate, led by Sergei Nosovets.
