LOS ANGELES -- A child who was kidnapped and taken to Russia nearly a year ago was all smiles as her mother thanked FBI agents who helped them reunite.
Monique Kaminskaya, 2, was reunited with her mother Friday in Los Angeles.
Natalya Kaminskaya's former boyfriend, Michael Belakovsky, is accused of kidnapping the toddler, said an FBI agent.
"He had indicated he was going to take her to Disneyland," the agent said of Belakovsky. "Instead he took her to Moscow."
