Driver Wants to Return

VIENNA -- Austrian Formula One racing driver Karl Wendlinger, who lay in a coma for three weeks after crashing in practice at the Monaco Grand Prix in May, said he wanted to return to racing. "The days are going by fast without any problems and depending on how I feel when I leave the hospital, I'd like to drive in car races again," Wendlinger said in an interview with an Austrian tabloid. The Austrian's crash happened just under two weeks after his compatriot Roland Ratzenberger was killed in the San Marino Grand Prix.
