Cambodia Prince Hides

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia -- Prince Norodom Chak-rapong, son of Cambodian King Norodom Sihanouk, was in hiding in Kuala Lumpur on Monday after being expelled for a failed coup attempt in his homeland. Cambodia's government said Chakrapong and former Interior Minister Sin Song led a coup attempt Saturday in which they had planned to assassinate key officials and army officers, but soldiers suppressed the attempt without a shot being fired. About 300 armed rebels who were en route to the capital were persuaded to return home. Sin Song was later arrested.
