Briton Found Dead in Flat

Anne Forrest, 53, a British woman known in the foreign community for her involvement with the International Women's Club, was found dead in her apartment Monday, apparently of natural causes, a club member said Tuesday.

Her body was discovered by her husband in their apartment Monday evening, said Maria-Theresa Trofaier. There was no sign of foul play in the apartment, she said. An autopsy is to be performed Wednesday, Trofaier said.

Forrest, from St. Andrew's, Scotland, had been in Moscow for two years with her husband Alasdair Forrest, who works for Du Pont. She is also survived by their sons, Malcolm, 30, and Niall, 24.

Funeral services will be held in Britain but the date and place have not yet been set, according to Peter Anstey, director of Du Pont's Moscow office.
