MOSCOW () -- Moskovsky Gorodsky Bank announced Monday it will resume cash payments to depositors, according to the bank's press service, the Financial Information Agency reported.
Payments were suspended Aug. 24 in connection with financial difficulties experienced by the bank.
A bank representative confirmed reports that the chairman of the bank's board of directors, Anton Dolgov, has disappeared. But the bank's press service provided no further details.
