ANKARA -- Russia's First Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Soskovets will visit Turkey on July 15-21 and the two sides will discuss a possible transfer to Turkey of military equipment, the foreign ministry said Wednesday.
Turkey would consider taking Russian military equipment in return for $404.3 million of Turkish Eximbank credits that Moscow has not paid back after using $599.4 million of loans from 1989 to 1991, according to a Turkish government spokesman
