2 Blasts Shake Ukrainian City

KIEV —? Ukraine’s security service says two pre-dawn explosions that rocked the city of Makiyivka are being considered acts of terrorism.

No casualties were reported in the Thursday blasts in the eastern Ukrainian city. One of the blasts occurred outside the office of a coal mining company, where news reports said windows in five of the seven stories were blown out.

The other explosion took place outside a three-story shopping center.
