MOSCOW () -- The number of officially registered jobless in Russia has hit 2.2 million of the workforce, according to new figures from the Federal Employment Service, Interfax said Wednesday.
Taking into account the partially employed and those without permanent employment, the unemployment rate stands at 10.1 million people, or 13.5 percent of the workforce.
