Oil production at is expected to increase by 4 percent to 5 percent next year from an expected 112 million metric tons this year, president Sergei Bogdanchikov said Tuesday.
“In planning our production we are looking at efficiency, but we have to make sure that there is no decrease in Russian oil production,” Bogdanchikov added.
