LJUBLJANA, Slovenia — Surgutneftegaz has informed the Croatian government that it wants to swap its stake in MOL for MOL’s holding in Ina Industrija Nafte, Nacional reported Wednesday, citing unidentified people.
Surgut proposed the exchange in a letter of intent sent to the Croatian government, the weekly said.
