At Least Three Russians Injured in Tel Aviv Terrorist Attack

At least three Russian citizens were wounded in a terrorist attack in Israel on Tuesday evening, as a Palestinian man went on a stabbing rampage near Tel Aviv's Jaffa Port, the RIA Novosti news agency reported, citing an Israeli police spokesman.

Police spokesman Michael Zingerman confirmed to RIA Novosti that three Russian citizens have been injured but that there may be a fourth.

One of the Russians is in a serious condition, but his life is not in danger, Zingerman added.

The attack left one American citizen dead and another 11 people injured, the news agency reported.

The incident happened around the time U.S. Vice President Joe Biden arrived at the Peres Center for Peace in Jaffa, about a mile from where the attacks occurred, according to the Jerusalem Post newspaper.

The terrorist was shot and killed by police, the newspaper reported.
