Millionth Resident Born in Voronezh

Voronezh's millionth resident was born Monday, making the city the 12th in Russia to boast a population of over 1 million.

The baby boy was born in a regional prenatal center to Voronezh resident Svetlana Lopyrevaya at 12:10 p.m., Interfax reported, citing a statement from the regional governor.

He weighed 3.35 kilograms and was 54 centimeters tall at birth. His mother already has three children.
