One of the suspects in the Bolotnaya Ploshchad riot case has been released on the condition that he doesn't leave town, investigators said Tuesday.
Fyodor Bakhov, born in 1981, was detained in June and charged with taking part in a riot at the May 6 opposition rally. He was released on Tuesday because he was deemed to not be a flight risk.
The accused "has permanent residence in Moscow, has a regular job and a child," the Investigative Committee said in a statement.
