Rosneft Profit Plummets 47.4%

Rosneft's consolidated net profit under Russian Accounting Standards plummeted 47.4 percent year on year in the first half of 2012 to 122.4 billion rubles ($3.81 billion), the oil producer said, adding that its sales revenue fell 16.7 percent to 1.152 trillion rubles, Interfax reported.
