VEB Board Appointed

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, who chairs the Vneshekonombank supervisory board, signed an order appointing the bank's new supervisory board, Interfax reported Monday.

Economic Development Minister Andrei Belousov, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov and Alexander Khloponin, a deputy prime minister and presidential representative to the North Caucasus Federal District, have been appointed members of the VEB supervisory board.

Vladimir Dmitriyev, chairman of the management board of VEB, is also joining the supervisory board ex officio. Other members of the new supervisory board include deputy prime ministers Dmitry Kozak and Dmitry Rogozin, as well as Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.
