First Large Deal in Aerodom

An undisclosed buyer has purchased more than 2,000 square meters of office premises on one level of the Aerodom business center and parking lots in underground parking with Cushman & Wakefield advised on the deal, according to the agency.

Aerodom is a new 13-floor building situated close to the Dinamo and Aeroport metro stations. The total area of the project is 36,000 square meters, with underground parking for 296 vehicles.

The developer is Promsvyaznedvizhimost, and the delivery date is December.
