Kostin Leaves Avtodor

The government has released Sergei Kostin from his post as senior manager at Russian Highways (Avtodor) so he can move to another job, Interfax reported Tuesday.

The Interfax source on the state company’s board of managers did not specify what new job Kostin would be taking, but did say he is looking over several offers and intends to keep working in this sector.

Kostin had been on the Avtodor management board since Dec. 21, 2009. He has been replaced by the company’s first deputy chief for investment and finances Sergei Kelbakh.
