Dixy Building Terminal

Dixy Group and development company PNK Group signed a built-to-suit agreement on the construction of a distribution center, the retailer announced late last week.

Investment in the project exceeds 2.6 billion rubles ($843 million). The 44,000-square-meter terminal will be built in the Vnukovo district of the Moscow region.

The warehouse split into several temperature zones will provide optimum conditions for the storage of more than 4,000 goods items.
