Kiriyenko's Income Up

Rosatom head Sergei Kiriyenko made 17.76 million rubles ($650,000) in personal income last year, 9 percent more than he declared the year before, the state corporation said in a statement Tuesday.

The increase was mainly due to 1,283,333 rubles he made for his work on the board of directors of Inter RAO UES. He made 16,361,633 rubles at his main job, slightly up from 2009.

Kiriyenko owns 7,116 square meters of land in the Moscow region, with residential and business facilities totaling 1,498 square kilometers. However, he no longer owns a 660-square-meter piece of land in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
