Bank of Moscow president Andrei Borodin has returned to the top post at the bank, after temporarily transferring authority to bank vice president Sergei Yermolayev.
Borodin will carry out his duties from London, according to a document he issued on Thursday, a copy of which was obtained by RIA-Novosti.
Borodin is in negotiations with VTB on the sale of his stake in Bank of Moscow.
