Rosneft 'Undervalued'

Rosneft, a privatization target, is around three times cheaper than international peers, Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin said Thursday.

“We think Rosneft is undervalued. Compare the structure of Rosneft’s reserves and those of [Brazil’s] Petrobas, for example. Rosneft is undervalued by around three times,” said Sechin, who is also Rosneft chairman.
