Billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov’s Onexim Group said Monday that it formed a venture with state-run Rusnano to produce high-voltage power meters using optical fibers.
Onexim is to fund the bulk of the initial investment in the project of 1.1 billion rubles ($36 million).
