AvtoVAZ said Saturday that it discovered brake malfunction in some of its models, and 11,700 of its Lada Kalina, Lada Priora and Lada 4X4 cars will need to be checked for it.
Dealers and car owners have been notified of the possible flaw, the carmaker said in a statement. The cars will be checked and defective parts replaced if needed, it said.
