The Sberbank board approved three senior managers on Monday, a source told Interfax. The board approved Alexander Torbakhov to oversee Sberbank’s retail division. He had earlier been general director at VimpelCom. Sergei Gorkov was approved as head of the international division. Stanislav Kuznetsov became deputy chairman. He had been a senior vice president at the bank. The nominations are pending Central Bank approval.
