UNITED NATIONS -- Presidents Bill Clinton and Boris Yeltsin are both scheduled to address the forthcoming UN General Assembly session on Monday, Sept. 26, according to a provisional list of speakers issued Thursday.

Clinton speaks in the morning and Yeltsin in the afternoon.

The Assembly session opens Sept. 20 but the general debate, during which major policy speeches are delivered usually by government leaders or foreign ministers, does not begin until the following Monday. It continues for about three weeks.
