MOSCOW () -- A Kazakh villager killed a troublesome lone wolf by kicking it and then strangling it with his bare hands, Itar-Tass reported Wednesday.
It said Samat Kenzhemurzayev, from the village of Kyzylsai in Kazakhstan, was attacked by the wolf on his way home from work at a local oil plant.
"Kenzhemurzayev, known for his exceptional strength, struck the animal with his foot and then closed his hands in an iron grip around the animal's neck," Itar-Tass said, adding that the wolf had terrorized villagers and killed several domestic animals.
