nn LAUSANNE, Switzerland -- Italy's Fabio Roscioli notched up a convincing win in the ninth leg of the Tour de Suisse road-cycling race, as Swiss favorite Pascal Richard headed for overall victory. With just one stage remaining in the 1,596-kilometer endurance test, Richard retained a clear lead of 1 minute 3 seconds ahead of Ukrainian Vladimir Poulnikov on Wednesday. Richard has held the yellow jersey since last Thursday. Roscioli broke away from the pack five kilometers before the finishing line and reached the International Olympic Museum in Lausanne 11 seconds in front of Switzerland's Rolf Jaermann.
