DUBLIN -- Ireland's Bula Resources says it has completed the previously announced acquisition of an interest in a major oil field in western Siberia, by acquiring 25 percent of Mir Oil Developments Ltd.
Mir has a joint-venture agreement which gives it an effective 50 percent interest in the Salymskoye Field. Bula has the right to purchase the remaining 75 percent of Mir at a fixed price.
