LEICESTER, England () -- Germany's Olaf Ludwig finally pulled off a stage victory when he won the fourth leg of the Tour of Britain at Leicester.
After three second placings in the Tour de France and another in the second British leg at Blackpool on Tuesday, the former Olympic champion sprinted in Thursday at the head of a near 60-strong group at the end of the 120-mile stage from Chester.
