Estonia Ferry Salvage
"The government has today ordered the Swedish navy to support the salvage of Estonia's bow door. The door needs to be recovered so that a satisfactory technical investigation can be carried out," the defence ministry said in a statement.
On Wednesday, Sweden's chief archbishop said relatives of the victims of the disaster will be invited to attend a memorial service at the scene of its sinking in the Baltic Sea. Gunnar Weman, Archbishop of Uppsala, told the national news agency TT that two ferries would be chartered to take relatives to the spot from nearby Estonia and Sweden on Nov. 26.
